Spec text
If the EAA is a mobile driving license (mDL) (i.e. the document type of the EAA is "org.iso.18013.5.1.mDL"), it shall contain data elements defined in section 7.1 of ISO/IEC 18013-5 within the namespace "org.iso.18013.5.1"; and may contain data elements defined in the present document.
